  • Approval Status Dashboard: Dispatchers and office admins can now see real-time approval status for every outstanding ticket — pending, approved, revision requested, or rejected — from a single view.
  • Automated Reminder Emails: The system now sends configurable reminder emails to third-party approvers after a set number of hours or days, reducing the need for manual follow-up calls.
  • Multi-Signatory Support: Jobs that require sign-off from multiple approvers (e.g., site supervisor + owner company rep) now support sequential or parallel approval chains.
